Yeah, it sucked that they removed the ability to shoot the groin in FO3.

Maybe, hopefully, the groin will return in FO4... (if it ever gets made... and it probably will)

I think I understand why there isn't a crotch shot anymore... If you get your leg shot and crippled, you'll need to apply a doctor's bag or something and of course you won't be able to run as fast, etc.. They probably might've thought that the idea of using a doctor's bag on your crotch to "heal" it would be absurd.

Regardless.... I miss shooting rats in the nuts with a plasma rifle.
