My journey may be similar to yours in that, you may be struggling to go from a sad diet to a vegan diet to a raw diet to a fruitarian diet. I totally understand and I am here with you. I am taking this day by day like any other addiction, I am surrendering to the truth and keeping bad foods at bay. Maybe you are ready for the next level, maybe you are not. Who knows? Only you do my friends! Only you!

  • Do you juice? Is that part of a fruitarian diet? Thanks

  • @gawfboy I rarely have the time to juice, but I do love to blend up a watermelon at times and make orange juice by squeezing oranges. If I were with friends and out and about it is a good way to get in some veggies without chewing..I am not against it or for it..I just seem to do great either way. I am now eating a 100% raw foods low fat vegan diet with no salt or added processed anything. I am loving it. See my page on fb called ONE FRUIT AT A TIME. I give motivational tips daily on health!

  • Hi, you are so funny and great :) Thanks so much for your inspiration. I'm a new fruitarian, still in the transitioning. You can email me if you like. vegankalindi@yahoo.com. How do fruitarians get vitamin B-12? I was just wondering that for a while.

  • @Skipper1177 thanks

supplementing with b12 is the way to go even for meat eaters..the soil is devoid of the nutrients these days, can never be too careful...get your b12 in no matter what your diet...Good luck!

  • thanks very much ..kind of you to say~! I was doing pretty well running everyday in the sun and eating well last summer!

  • You're great! I love you! Thank you!

  • @Tam438 thanks so much!

  • No need to supplement with B12 unless a uMMA test shows that you are low. A specific bacteria makes B12 in the ilium area of our intestines if we do not have a serious GI illness. -Dr. Dave *

  • Your awesome! I love how your videos are so sincere and genuine.

  • Strawberry tops are edible. I eat them.

  • If I eat any cooked food at all I just cant eat any fruit at all. My health depends on doing all raw low fat. This is the first time I am commenting. I'm not great with computers and am using my husbands iPad which is so sensitive. I usually can do 1-7 days raw and then go off. It is the hardestvthing for me to do, and the most wanted thing I want to do. Because eating the sad diet is killing me truly. I have no life! at all

  • It is day 1 on watermelon. Hope I can do it for a few days. You and Micheals videos help sooooooo much. I can really relate to you.
