Intermediate:
· 45 seconds per exercise
· 15 second break in between
· Total number of circuits: 2-3
Advance:
· 45 seconds per exercise
· 5 second break in between
· Total number of circuits: 3-4

I work out 6 times a week...
alternate days I do medium weight training for 60 minutes and alternate days a 45 minute cardio workout...
How many times a week I should do the ab workouts you have suggested ?
