recharging the batteries

"recharging the batteries" was directed by Clint Rauscher and written by Jen Kelley.

This was created for the 48 Hour Film Project. We were given a genre (Romantic Comedy), a character (Marriage Counselor), a line of dialogue ("It was easier the old way") and a prop (a 2x4 piece of wood). Then we had 48 hours to write, shoot and edit a movie.

Out of 30 or so other films in the competition, we won the audience award, came in 2nd with the judges, won Best Screenplay and Best Acting.
