As an Australian, working in companion animal and in native animal welfare, Australians trapping to kill cats/other species should be aware that this is illegal in most regions. (Unless fully licenced & Licences are issued to very few) Any breach of law would make you subject to prosecution. BTW Native Animal depopulation? Loss of habitat, by urban sprawl of humans is the major reason for native animal depopulation. The 'ferral animals(cat)" argument has been debunked but still gets dragged out

The companion animal is not an animal to let go feral. If you want feral animals make sure they are native animals and keep your paws off. Let nature take it's course. Never move to the suburbs so that the urban areas don't sprawl. The habitat has a carrying capacity. Introduce non-native animals and the carrying capacity for the native animals is reduced. Which also kills off native animals. I bet you won't find that in your one sided theories.

Karma is a bitch. Just think about all those predators you let loose to kill off the local wildlife in the hundreds just because you think it's pretty, and harmless, and defenceless. Now think of how many hundreds of wildlife lives I saved by killing off your one little pretty predator. God smiles upon me and turns his nose up at you pointing the way to the devil for you.
