Misteryo: UFO? In Pasay, Philippines

ABsolutely NOT FAKE!!!!This is not a clear video using a 5Megapixel phone camera. The video owner sighted a bright object (12:45am, October 17, 2008) in the clear skies of the southeastern horizon lasted for a couple of minutes. The bright object changes it's color but the detail of it's shape is not clear.

I live in Bonifacio and tonight while facing Makati I saw a strange light that looked like a star. Observed it for 30 mins, it stayed completely still and thought it couldn't have been an aerial vehicle. The light was quite intense with the point of light being bigger and brighter than a very bright star. It kept flashing rapidly but the colors kept alternating between green and red.
