Lo Carb dead? I think not. I have been doing lo carb for about 5 mos now (recently binged and feel sooooooooooo sick) back to it tomorrow. At least 4 people at work are also switching lifestyles. And look you have 687 views!!!!! I don't think it is dead at all. Thanks for the recipe books. I have been resorting to an online lo carb site and its good but sometimes takes a long time to prepare. Thanks for the videos and keep up the great work!

I just ordered the BBQ book you mentioned. My husband is a huge BBQ fan..he likes to eat bbq sauce on everything. Most bbq sauces have sugar. So I am hoping to get a great bbq sauce recipe from Dana's book.
