The force of little countries is in the multilingualism, like in Andorra, Luxemburg, Switzerland...(an exception, Belgium 'cause of the linguistic quarrel).

I think it is a particularity of a very little country to be fluent in several languages , Malta (maltese, english, italian, arabic), Luxembourg (luxemburgish, french, german), Andorra(catalan, spanish, french), (Jersey(jerriais, english, french)...
Malta the mini-Switzerland in the Mediterranean.
