how are their poos? ive heard that they're really messy and "liquidy" is that true? and is it hard to clean up? on carpet?

training love birds is just like training any other bird what do you want to train it to do i just got in to the bird stuff 6 months ago but ill try to help you

you can open the cage door let him come out on his own talk to him like you would do a young child give him treats so he learns you are the one that feeds him and then when he get used to you you cand start touching him for just a second and give him a treat and start doing this longer and longer and believe me he will start to warm up to you i was a congo that has been re homed 5 times and was the same way still sometimes that way but they get better

Honey on a stick! Great idea! I have a rainbow lorikeet who I've trained to come on command, spin around, hi- five, flap her wings, give kisses and more. I usually use grapes as a reward.

"cause we starve 'em for days" haha. I just adopted a cockatiel and she's a bit of a nipper too. would u give a cockatiel pine nuts as a treat too? thx.

Yes, ours love them too. Just cut them in half to give as rewards when they've been good. Good luck...
