Final video in this serie. I hope you enjoyed the series and let me know if you have suggestions for more series of videos.
Make sure you are more experienced with working out before you start this workout. What you should be able to do is:

- 40 push ups
- 15 pull ups
- 20 chin ups
- 50 bodyweight squats
- 30 triangle push ups

This is what you probably require before you are able to finish this workout routine!

  • hey man,

  • Jerome, most of your workouts consist of movements done without the use of external weights. You typically use bodyweight only. Are you trying to give your viewers who do not have weight equipment or access to a gym optional exercise routines...OR, is it that you feel that the various movements using one's own bodyweight will give someone's body more "FUNCTIONAL" strength, as well as good visual development? Is ur goal to make someone not just strong, but also a more functional body?

  • @StevenSWM Both of those reason are true. I do a lot of bodyweight exercises myself as well, since I like them better, but besides that those exercises will give you more functional strenght. Most people (especially beginners) benefit a lot more by doing bodyweight exercises.

  • Another informative video. You look great. Have you put on more size?

  • @Bivolari Not since the first video I made in this series :) But yeah, in this year I gained 22 pounds.
