With a tight deadline, the film follows citizens, politicians, historians, urban planners, philanthropists, and community leaders striving together to reinvent their city and create a renewed energy for all of humanity to rally behind.

i guess no one reads the papers no more Paterson has gotten so bad that they want a city wide curfew for poeple 21 and under until they stop the crime in Paterson it will always be the same and stats show once your city is run down by crime and drugs theres no coming back from that and thats the truth
