Thomas Joyce, Jr., of West Union, Ohio, was in a Butler County courtroom, to hear the charges against him: aggravated robbery, failure to obey a police officer, OVI, and marked lane violations.
Joyce is accused of robbing a West Chester Walgreen's, and leading police on a high speed chase down I-75. During that chase, a Lockland Police Officer, Brandon Gehring, was hit by a West Chester Police SUV.
