I forgot to say that the handles can not be purchased but the concept is not difficult to practise.I can provide some drawings and assistance at wish - if not drowned by requests..:-)
Generally speaking a "baritone" has its lowest note (mostly F2 or G2) an octave below the treble G3.A "Baritone" usually is an instrument transposing an octave down all over when played like a common treble and with the hand in the same position vs the keyboard layout.
A "Baritone-treble" has the hand position and note layout as a treble but the keyboard is extended to the same low G2(orF2) as the "proper baritone".
that the duty carrying the instrument weight is transferred from the fingers and the mid part of the hand to the wrist, that all the 4 fingers are free to work at the keyboard without being obstructed, that the stablity offered by the thumb is passive and no static grip is present, and that the general stability is better than with common English or Anglo/duet handles and as a result bellows work gets easier and tonal control is improved.

The advantages with the improved handle are
that the duty carrying the instrument weight is transferred from the fingers and the mid part of the hand to the wrist, that all the 4 fingers are free to work at the keyboard without being obstructed, that the stablity offered by the thumb is passive and no static grip is present, and that the general stability is better than with common English or Anglo/duet handles and as a result bellows work gets easier and tonal control is improved.
