Just returned from visiting Moscow as a tourist .The Kremiln and St Basil's in my opinion are stunning to view in person, but is definately the most expensive city I have ever visited in all of my years of travel. Greetings from NYC :)

Moscow is nice, the rest of Russia has rotten down into a shit hole. Once you leave Moscow, you realize moscow isn't Russia. Capitalist plunderers have sucked Russia of her honor. The failure of the Soviet Union was tragic. But the Russian proletariat should not give up their struggle for worker's dictatorship! And don't you ever forget when this song was written!

@HTCEVOSONGS You do not know contemporary Russia. There are many beautiful cities in Russia today. The Soviet Union was a huge, dirty mud.

@Andron3 I've been to Russia many times over, and have traveled outside Moscow. The big cities are nice, this is unquestionable. But majority of people don't live there. For the most part, Russia is a major shit hole. The Soviet Union was also a shit hole, but not as bad as Russia today. Don't you know the communist party basically won the Russian elections, if not for Putin rigging them?

@HTCEVOSONGS You confuse Russia with the Soviet Union. Russia and the Soviet Union are two countries and two different states. Russian Federation is young state. The Soviet regime and the Soviet Union collapsed 20 years ago. As for the hateful Zyuganov and hateful Communist Party, this party receive votes of Russian electors with neoliberal ideology. These electors vote against Putin and against United Russia. Do you understand?
