@TOLTECAAZTECA This man wanted diplomacy and wasn't told that the administration wanted to go to war until he tuned into President Bush's 2003 state of the union address. That was the state of the union address where Bush said that the united states is at war against an axis of evil nations, we then went to war. Powell wasn't on board in fact that was why he quit in 2005, if I'm not mistaken. I worked for the Obama campaign in 2008 and I am a registered Democrat. This man is a true Patriot.

@MyLifeRules76 Is that a joke? Powell has been loathed by the true conservative wing of the republicans since he took the uniform off. He's a so called republican because that's the side his bread's always been buttered on and the Dems probably nauseated him. The same people who hate him hated McCain and didn't support him either. Powell saw it coming and got on the winning side. He probably would have supported (ugh!)Hillary.
