  • i have been doing this for 3 weeks, and i have been eating right, and sleeping in the night, and i have lost 3 kg. i have not lost much kg, but my clothes are to big for me now! hehe, my body have a more beautyful shape now, and i feel so good :D

  • @musicmovie101 This isnt about loosing weight like mad, its about shaping your body, strengthening your stamina. You need to be patient, eat smart and exercise regularly to see results, no fast short cuts. I have been doing that for 2 weeks now and I have lost about 1,5kg. Its healthy weight loss, no yoyo effect :) Good luck and keep at it, stay strong and patient!

  • Hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.
