2008 Dodge Viper ACR ERSMP Track Lap

One lap of a 2008 Dodge Viper ACR at European Rally School's new road course. The track event took place on November 2, 2008 in conjunction with the Viper Club of America. The owner of the ACR had just taken delivery on it less than 3 weeks prior and was still getting a feel for the car.

Well it depends, deceleration causes oversteer, and acceleration causes understeer. So depending on the car's overall balance you either want to be decelerating (using trail braking, etc), with a car that tends to understeer, or accelerate more through turns, in a tail happy car.

I'm not a professional or anything, but it seems to me that he is not applying any acceleration at all through most of the turns... I understand he was getting a feel for the car but under the forces of deceleration turning cars that are moving quickly tend to do things you don't necessarily want, like slide. Cars turn better when you are providing a bit of power to force the car in a direction.
