@justindustries I have shot these over the heads of a crowd and, depending on the power of your laser, the individual beam strenght is below the 1mW regulations for beams into a crowd. The important thing to remember is that the strongest beams will be near the center, so make sure that is over thier heads. Good luck.

@Starcross42 Thanks ! Ok and besides the regulations if I'd shoot a class 2 laser into a crowd diffracted can that possibly harm anyone. Do you have any tips on websites to buy all the diffraction gradings and stuff.. I'm a total noob with lasers but it looks fun to make one, and it would safe ma allot of money :)..
