XBMC for Xbox can be run as an application (like any Xbox game), or as a dashboard that appears directly when the Xbox is turned on.

Looks so awesome, man. I hope I'll manage to implement this on my machine (Linux or Windows, don't know yet) in a similar way. Did it take long to configure it? And, how did you manage to achieve such an accurate alignment of the movie covers? I'm using the IMDB scraper on my XBOX and most of the covers come in different heights hence some manual adjustment/download is needed.

It's a nice skin but basically a bit over-rated. The options menu is a pain to navigate for example.

Always having those blasted menu toggle items at the top of the screen too- argh! so annoying if you hit up then you're up there and u can get confused pretty quick.

Nice to look at (for the most part), but I would NOT say very easy to use. I'm sticking to mediastream.
