Actually, this was very helpful. I'm a figure skater and i'm always looking for ways to get stronger abdomen muscles(you'd be surprise how much ab strength it takes to do a jump). This worked well. i used an old one that i found in the garage that my parents used, and this made it easier then doing it on the floor without being super uncomfortable.
