Digital SLR User magazines technical editor Adam Scorey gets his hands on Nikons latest Pro DSLR the D700.
Shot at Nikons launch event the video includes some rough handheld footage!

want the real scoop? D700 is great in low light, it's still slower than a D3. It great to use with lens that you used to use with your 35mm SLR. Off brand No-D type lens don't work so well sometimes(giving false reading of F stops, like f1!! on my wide Tokina zoom)
Old Nikon flash won't work either, even on manual settings, it'll get throw off.
So bottom line is you'll end up geting the D-SLR, Flash unit, and maybe evn upgrade your old lens. You've been warned!
