I like it when he's saying "I really want this. I can't let this guy walk out the door." But then he's offering about 1/3 of what its worth.

The pawn shops automatically have the advantage if you go in to sell something. If the person didn't want to sell it, he wouldnt be there. But if the shop can't get it at a steal, they just won't buy it. 50 more people will be right behind that guy, willing to take a low offer for their stuff.
