I was actually inspired by the fan game Super Mario Bros. CrossOver to make this, which explains the background setup.
I wanted to be able to make MegaMan's buster destroy obstacles instead of enemies. I actually wanted to include more objects in this game, like random items appearing, but I was running out of points, and only had like 1 or 2 spaces left for objects. Though they wouldn't really serve any purpose anyway, they would be just for show. But yea, this was the best I could do with the limit I had in Wario Ware DIY. Even MegaMan charging up and shooting animations took all 4 spaces for him.

This video shows the Wii game, which is downloadable from WiiWare.

The microgames are made in the DS game.

  • @tretey There's gonna be a Nintendo vs Capcom reference in an upcoming game eventually... (Hopefully Megaman is in the fourth Super Smash Bros!)
