Oh man was Sagat difficult to beat in this game.
I used to use controller slot addon and play as controller two which was ken.
The uppercut was near impossible to perform.
The soundtrack was awesome, really really good, some tracks went on for 6 minutes and had a typewriter solo, good stuff.

You've got a lot to learn before you beat me, try again kiddo hehehehe

i had this game on turbo grafx16. it was identical to the arcade, but it seemed to take a really long time for the game to load from one screen to the next.
