@boomfield Money is tight and I would rather live in a tent than sell the Jag, hell, I'd live in the Jag. I'd even give up beer for that car.

Webbers? I've never heard of a stock E with Webbers. Triple SUs or twin Zenith Strombergs (US spec) is all I've seen so I assume this is not stock?

@TheWierdFish The original carbs were replaced due to lack of durability, simple as that. In my book, the 4,2l and the Weber triple package are very good friends. No hassle since. The complete stainless steel exhaust system is unique handmade. New Leather interieur in creme. Other than these modifications, the cat is stock.

@boomfield I have a 3.8 FHC, it's not stock. I wanted it to feel exactly like it did when new but somehow, more. So just about everything is tweaked slightly, it sounds the same, but a little louder. Handles the same but a little tighter and with less roll. But, crucially, it all looks right and alot is original. Except the interior which was completely gutted. now got a nice wooden dash (reclaimed, no idea what wood it is) with WW2 aircraft style gauges. Stock SUs, complex but good.

@TheWierdFish
where can i find a video?

@boomfield As of now.... Nowhere. I have choices you see, Video camera or Booze. Video camera or petrol. Video camera or replacement parts for cars that do nothing but eat money then vomit bits of themselves all over the road. It's strange how certain things prioritise themselves.
