  • Finding out that you are on Barnabas Collins' hit list is the worst news you can get.

  • Bloody hell!!! Barnabas can be scary menacing when he wants to be!!!

  • Great scene! Thanks so much!

  • I loved this show. (My mom grew up with it in the 60s and passed it over to me)

  • someone should brick Fred Phelps up in a wall

  • @pmoholland so what you want a Dog biscut?

  • Was the skeleton David and Amy found in Quentin's room that of Quentin or Gregory Trask (from the 1897 flashback)? I hear different theories on this. Barnabas and Julia never found out why the room was paneled off in the present but even though Barnabas changed history some by going back there Judith Collins Trask told Tim Shaw in writing to take the bricks down and panel off the room. I don't know if originally Quentin's body was sealed in that room after being shot by Beth to avoid a scandal.

  • I remember watching this episode. I was in grade school, and my two sisters and I were sitting there - our hearts pounding and our hair standing on end. My father came in and started watching. He was a bricklayer. As Barnabas put in the last brick, he snorted and complained that there wasn't enough mortar on the brick to keep it in place. Then he said that mortar takes a while to dry, and Reverand Trask could have kicked down the wall as soon as Barnabas left. Sort of ruined the moment for us!

  • could not stand Trask or Abigal Collins was so happy when Barnabas got to that tail!

  • The same thing happens to barnabas except he is rescued.
