@Corzare I think this song is the only one which could represents the film...the Marines, who are the America's dogs of war, listening an anti war song in their Humvees or just before going to patrol shows perfectly the aberration of war...the violent tone of the song is also representative of the universe of those young warriors...

If this is not irony, I don't know what is.
On the other hand, the movie tells the corruption in the concepts like "hero", "terrorist" and "the right to attack a country". So ignorance leaves its place for reality. War is a sad thing. No matter which side you're on.

Yeah sure, the song is "Lies Lies Lies" by Ministry. It's an anti-war song and was used here ironically, but I still like it, and to me it's a soldiery tune because of this sequence ha. Hope that helped.
