Cheers Dave. Yep, all home made for a Hollywood themed 30th birthday party. The best thing about it was I could still hold my pint!

Are the legs made out of cardboard too? They look like they made out of a soft material. I'm making this costume for my son and cardboard for his tiny legs make it difficult for him to transform since they're not flexible.

how did you make the front wheel parts round? is it made of cardboard?

@Jewasaur The wheel arches were just made out of cardboard bent round the paper plate wheels. Hope that helps!
