which is better? the snes or arcade version of this game?

There is no Snes version of the Arcade game. Do you mean the Nes? Cause the Nes TMNT Arcade game has more levels and increased replay value. The actual arcade game is very short. Both are fun, but Ive always liked TMNT 2 on the Nes better then the original.

Actually it was never illegal but Great Britain thought that the word ninja was based on blood and violence and hero was more nice and kidfriendly. So it wasn't "illegal" in a way that you can't say it or write it anywhere without a fine.

Thanks we will do our best. Turtles month is going off better then I could have hoped for. Just like Batman Month. I need to do these month long series more often. Gamers seem to like them.

The version of the turtles in the this game is my favorite. They took the interesting elements of the 80s cartoon and made the characters more bad-ass.

In my opinion the arcade games were always better. TMNT2 turtles in time' for the NES (8-bit)version was one of the best at that time to hit the market. That was just the beginning of an era that now is long gone. And for some like myself it's still very much alive.
