  • Did your finger pointing at the other employee result in any arrests or convictions?? And second it looks like you didn't even take your own advice and remain silent. Even some of your matter of fact statements could have ended up implicating you as an accomplish. Should have said nothing at all.

  • Not immediately, years later the police showed up at the employees house that I said I thought did it, the guy was on drugs at the time and started bragging about doing it to the cops and never getting caught. He got arrested then. Yep, maybe should have said nothing, but at that time I was only 17 or 18 so it was all a bit shocking.

  • You need a hobby my dear...

  • Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

  • Did you go to Mountain Home or Cotter high school when that happened?

  • I went to Mt. Home High School that year. I went there my 10th & 12th grade year. This happened in 1998-my senior year.

  • dumbass story i need a video on the right to remain silent and yor video just wasted 5 minutes of my time

  • @ed2276 , Best advice i have read all month!!

  • OOPS, I meant accomplice. My bad.

  • Misty, it is only funny to look back on because you weren't thrown in jail or charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. A word of advice for everyone: When a police officer reads you your rights and tells you you have the right to remain silent, remain silent. Say, I am exercising my right to remain silent and I demand the presence of my lawyer (for juveniles, also the presence of your parents). After you have said those words, do not say another word.

  • I approve!

  • Oh wow...thats really scary. I probably would of freaked out and started screaming if that happened to me
