Pole Practice - bendy marley, scorpio, lunchbox and more, training oversplits, spin mode practice...

New: POLE SKIVVIES in some clips. They're my absolute favorite pole shorts ever and I want to buy a million more.

New moves are Shoulder Dismount, bendier Marley and Scorpio, better Lunchbox, Stargazer, elbow grip Lady Spin, bent leg Bridge variation, Split Grip Aysha (still not strong) and improv acrobatics but at the park...The rest is some spin practice (some things are easier and more fluid but others are just scarier on spin, seriously!). Oversplits got to 30cm of books - freaked myself out with it a bit. Not sure about this contortion business. I don't think I am careful and dedicated enough to maintain an oversplit or a serious backbend.

Excuses: I'm a tag dag sometimes and those turquoise undies are gross. Ignore the bf talking to his gaming buddies. I've been eating a lot of junk food and have been to several celebrations so the belly is poochy :)
