  • what the fuck ?!

I am so frustrated on expertvillage.

this man/lady or whatever tells us to do static stretching before running, but the other guy on expertvillage, tells us NOT to do static stretching before running, because that will cause injuries.

  • Thats odd theres a Big Mac ad on this! lol

  • Who the hell has 138560 video's O_o

  • i do not understand this man?

  • Stretching does not actually seem to contribute anything, new study, google it.

  • *sigh* Rather than watch this video thumbs up this for more useful information.

Do Dynamic Stretches before workouts and Static Stretches afterwards.

  • all stretches should be done after a warm up!!!!!!!!!! stretching "cold" muscles are a good way to pull or even tear a muscle. warm up for 10 mins or a mile really easy, can even throw in some brisk walking then stretch. you'll feel more benefit aswell doing it after a warm up.

  • @Mripts5i Man, do you have any instructional videos up? If not, you should get on it asap.

  • @Mripts5i Thanks for the great advice. The hardest part for me is keeping my toes from flying up toward the knee...I'm sure I looked like a fairy through town today as I practiced landing flat footed, and it's so loud with the "slap slap." So much for sneaking up on people. Anyhow, thank you for your running experience...keep telling others.

  • @Mripts5i Crazy! Thanks for the video.

  • @Mripts5i Good advice! I find it consuming a lot of concentration to land mid foot, it is so unnatural for me. Any tips for muscle building to change from heel striking? My shoes are thick heeled and I am in a country where it is a challenge to buy some minimalist shoes.

  • she's not even hot, so now that I listen to her, I'm laughing.

If your muscles aren't warmed up, don't stretch
