Chateau Vert is a 501(c)3 non-profit study-abroad trade apprenticeship program dedicated to helping 'emancipated' foster children ages 18 -- 24 receive the attention, mentoring, education and support they desperately need to successfully transition into adulthood. At the 17th century French chateau, our foster kids are taught back-to-basics life and marketable skills. Our mission and vision is to prepare these vulnerable young adults for better paying, long term jobs and to see them build character with qualities such as confidence, patience, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, discipline and the pursuit of excellence. The video was produced by Kirk Jackson of Going Home Pictures (www.goinghomepictures.com).
Congratulations on having gotten your promotional video on "Château Vert" up and running. It is a beautifully done video and gives one a very good idea about what you are up to. It appears as if you have a great group of young people lined up to come to France for this life-changing experience and I wish you and them the very best during their month in France, Le Blanc, and "Château Vert."

I 'like' this video, a non-profit worth keeping an eye on.
