Christian nations have done more than anyone to encourage Islamic radicals in the middle east by destabilizing socities through destruction, which stops cultural evolution and leads to people reverting to old ways, and also by funding the most radical elements like in Afghanistan in the 1980's when the CIA poured tens of billions of dollars into muslim radical groups so that they could fight the secular communist government of Afghanistan.

Iran is actually quite liberal compared to US/English allies like Saudi Arabia. In Iran, women are gaining more freedoms every day.

Islam is quite similar to Christianity and Judaism in the middle east. For example in Christian communities in the middle east, they have honor killings, and women cover their hair. It's a cultural issue rather than religious. Old cultures like those found in the middle east are simply more restrictive.

Actually between the 60-70% of university students in Iran are women, and the 50% of professional placings are women's. Ask Saudi women how they like to drive their cars.

@bobcool123 they weren't muslim radical groups but all afghans together fighting against invaders who were Russians . And now its the USA and its Alliyes . When we fights for our homeland we're labeled as negative and when US and other nations fought for thier homeland are called freedom fighters . History speaks the truth and truths speaks louder .

I lived in Iran for ten yrs as a American . I grew to love Iran . the culture ,people.they are extremly kind and helpful . the food is fantastic, I learn the language. I never had any problems there.I would go back to viist if I had a ticket . the music is outstanding the films are great. aheh Iran

At 4 times the size of California...Iran is mostly rural.

The UN lists Iran as about 70 - 80% urban, but that is only because to qualify as urban, a villiage has to have municiple services.

That means, there must be at least a community well.

Statistics don't always tell the story.

BUT, you are correct, the video is not a fully rounded view of Iran. One would be hard pressed to note a difference between many or many parts of Iranian cities...and USA cities.
