Alrighty... Suddenly got a wee bit inspiration back and voila!
Anywoofs, the "story"...
Xena and Ares are like very good friends and talk about anything. But Xena has fallen in love with Ares, and Ares is not in love with her. He only loves her as his best friend. So he keeps talking about this girl he's in love with (Gabrielle) and it just breaks Xena's heart. So... yeah... That's about it...

And I have to agree, Taylor Swift with X/A could hardly ever be appropriate. Especially if you think of their love/hate relationship. :)
