This was the best season Obafemi Martins has played for Newcastle all because he was given the oppertunity to perform the way he did, he doesn't get that now...bring back Glen Roeder!!! We will get European football and we will be right at the top of the table!!!

my friends think oba is shit but i dont see how, look at wat he's gt,if he tries hard enough he could become a great striker, he's gt pace,strength,jumpin,powerful strike,ability to run,he's explosive

i dont thinks hes skill or that accurate even. he's just fast, and can smack it very hard, but that seems to work for him. i prefer eto'o, berbatov, torres among others for finesse

He is skillful, but as you accurately put it, he is not a finesse player. There are even examples of his skill in this video.
