  • It looks like cars will be one seaters in the future.

  • i have a better model read my story at wwwhpgsystemcom patent pending 2012

  • @VERGIS92

The mechanical aspect a bit (but 4 valve heads comes from the Peugeot L76 DOHC from 1912!), but technology use from the actual piston engine are very different: better materials, better undertandings from the combustion phenomenoms (chamber forms) surface coatings, electronics,etc...

The best WW2 aircraft engine was the Bristol Hercules (built up to 1964 for Noratlas), sleeve valve, never use in cars (only the older Knight engines like the Panhard between 1910 and 1937)

  • @xboxoxzx car makers have made nothing out of the ordinary, nothing that the military aircraft makers have not thought about, do you understand how important fuel economy is to aircraft engines?

the whole range of operation depends on them, the Japanese just copy and mass produce. They never invented anything that can make a difference.

  • no it is a variation on Paul Pantos Geet reactor this is why the state incarcerated him and Tortured him to sign over his design I hope Paul sues them for all they are worth.

  • @VERGIS92

This is so not true, To say that piston engine technology has hit the wall is like saying that Honda never released variable valve timing. The fact is that the ability for automakers to produce a super efficient engine has nothing to do with the fact that they will or will not produce such an engine. look forward not back wards for new ideas champ.

  • the Germans have the same engine

  • in fact, WW2 aircraft piston engine technology is as good as you can get, the limit! Car manufacturers just copied this technology and mass produced it.

  • @phoolosopher it's bullshit, probably a 'research project' to show around to secure more university funding, piston engine technology was completely investigated in WW2 by innovative thinkers in Germany, USA, England, Russia, they invented turbo, ignition, injection systems, and even the ABC break system. Since WW2 nothing ground breaking had been invented. The engine suffers losses in heat, only if heat is recovered somehow it would make it more efficient, so far no one did.

  • so next year will be ready...

    Honda city powered by this?
