This is not the original trailer. This is the trailer that was produced after April 1969, when the movie won Oscars. But the movie was released in London in September 1968, and opened in the U.S. in December of 1968.

I mean before I see a film, i don't want to know what it won. The trailer is supposed to show us what to expect from the film, it takes place before the film. Telling me its awards really just takes me out of the picture and F-s up the continuity.
This trailer really pissed me off because they had to bring up the fact that it won the Best Picture Oscar...and that leads to a burning question: If you had to pick one movie from 1968 and say that was the best movie and shame on the Oscars for not doing it, what would it be?
