Hello mister ...my name is Victor. I would apreciate a little help here. I bought a PC with a crashed HD, I replaced w/ another HD (clean, used) but my XP pro upgrade wont install in this HD. Is there a way I can Install this OS as "new install??... with out purchasing a Full version??

Lots of people have been left with no choice but to use Vista and or have a old pc that need windows xp on it.
You have to use the keycode off your old computer case. Like a dell, Gateway, And HP.
do a clean install and then activate the windows over the internet if it lets you.
If by phone call in
enter the activation number to computer
tell it 1 install only on the phone number 1 on phone.
yes you had hardware damage.
the it asks about how many computers say 1 then it will activate.

Well you seem to have anger issues If you were a bit more nice you might get the help you are looking for.
If you like I can make you a custom video for people that need to know how to control there anger and install a new CD-ROM its the same process as this vid you just jumper the drive a master is its single or a master or a slave if its the second drive in a 2 drive configuration.
