[Alli's POV]
I laughed as I ran down the hallways of Tom's house. I jumped over shoes strewn across the floor and turned into the kitchen, still running. I could hear his laugh, too- much deeper than mine. Together our chuckles filled the otherwise silent house.
I ended up in a dead end and he caught up with me, poking my side.
"Tag, you're it," he proclaimed and began running in the opposite direction. I followed behind, giggling at our fun. I chased him up the stairs and down again as we played our childish game of tag, acting like schoolchildren.
This is what I loved about Tom.
1. He doesnt think about the face that we are both old enough to drive; we can still act like kids and be ourselves.
"You're crazy!" I yelled when he chucked a pillow at my face, missed, and knocked over a few books sitting on a table nearby.
"I'm not crazy- but I am... you're worst nightmare!" He shouted and ran at me. I let out a fake scream and sprinted the other way. We couldn't stop laughing as we ran through every room in his home.
2. He makes me laugh, and most days, a laugh is just what I need.
Mimah came in the front door as I ran to the front hall. Still laughing, I ran past her, right out the door. Tom followed, letting out his deep chuckle that I loved.
"You two are so lame," she said, and rolled her eyes.
3. He doesnt mind that his sister hates me, and that I hate his sister.
He caught me in the front yard and threw his arms around my torso. He tackled me, bringing us both to the ground. My sides were aching from the amusement. I pushed him off and his body landed beside mine. The laughter was slowly fading while we laid in the grass and tried to catch our breath. I had finally regained my air supply when he propped himself on his elbow facing me.
"What?" I looked at the smile that touched his lips and then back to his eyes.
"You're beautiful, you know that?" he said, and suddenly my air was gone again. He leaned down and kissed me.
4. He takes my breath away, whether he tries to or not.
When he pulled back he took away his elbow crutch and spread his arm out on the grass above my head. He held the other one out in the opposite direction. I brought my body up and rested my head on him. We looked up at the sky.
He pointed to one pure white cloud and said, "That one looks like Pikachu."
"I think it looks more like Squirtle," I disagreed with a smile.
"Well yeah, it does now. It transformed. It's pretty awesome."
"Okay," I said with a slight chuckle. "But I do feel a little jealous now."
"Don't worry, Alli, I still like you best," he said with a serious tone and pulled me a little closer.
5. He's just sort of amazing sometimes.
"Thanks, I still like you best, too," I said back. I smiled as we continued to lie there, just staring at the big blue sky ahead.

How'd you like this one? I wanted to give you a taste of Tom's good side. I know its mega short and Tom/Alli, AGAIN. I just enjoy writing about Alli's situation because.. well, I'm her! Haha. Plus I like her situation more because it seems the most interesting. Hopefully its good. Tell your friends! -Alli♥
