True, I agree with that, but the government enforces the will of the people, and they haven't done a whole lot to deal with the dangerous practices of Scientology in the past. Now people are aware of what Scientology is doing, and the government is aware of the will of the people to put a stop to the violations of human rights perpetrated by Scientology. That is the point of a peaceful protest, to make people and the government aware that there is a problem.
