Saddam had killed many, many Iraqi citizens after the 1991 Gulf War.

GW Bush sent about 1/4 of American Forces to places near to Iraq saying, 'Allow the UN Inspectors in or else.'

At this point French, Russian, and Chinese Ministries said, 'Please don't attack Iraq'.

At this point Saddam laughed.

My guess is France, Russia, and China knew they were causing a situation where the USA had to attack or go back home with their tails between their legs.

What would you have done?

That is of no importance to the facts at hand. Bottom line Saddam was no threat to this nation. Saddem, as proven by Bush's people themselves had NO wmd's. They did not have the power, money, or ability to attack us in any way...again this was proven by Bushes own team. Bin Laden did have the power to attack and did attack us. Saddem was not the problem bin laden was and is. The attack should have stayed on bin laden and all those that protect him.

Let me explain it another way. Bin Laben and his network attacked this nation. fter we started the attack on him we should have stayed with and wiped them out. Saddam was NOT a threat to this nation...PROVEN BY BUSH'S OWN PEOPLE

Oh I see. You're saying we should have just looked over Saddam's constant advocacy of terrorism and his pledge to send money to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers' who were willing to attack Israel ... and then wait for him to send a can of biological agents into the USA and kill maybe 1/2 a million Americans and then we would do something after the fact.

Saddam had said, 'It is now possible to kill thousands ... no millions with biological weapons in a container that will fit in your hand, like a can of pepsi'

Saddam had pledged something like $15,000-25,000 for suicide-bombers' families that had entered Israel.

Saddam had defied several UN Resolutions, including allowing UN inspectors into Iraq to search for WMD. Clinton had let him get by with it.
