I don't agree with people who say that songs get ruined by music stations. Sure, songs get played a lot in a short period of time; that's because everyone requests it. In the week after a hot song comes out, you can't get enough of it, but that's not a permanent thing. I for one will thrash a good song all week long then more or less forget about it. Depending on how long the song goes this can last a long time. The skill in running a good station is judging when enough is too long.
