lol this is ridiculous, seriously. i take modafinil for over 6 years now, not everyday, but when i need to focus into something or stay up late. i know a plethora of people that do the same, BUT THEY DONT DRINK ALCOHOL, YOU FUCKIN MORON.

Look,I live in Rome and I take somedays 800 mg of modafinil,in the beginning I was happy cause I think that the medicine was like amphetamine or ritalin,but,is not like that.

If you want to stay vert good you have to take the derivate of amphetamine like ritalin.

Modafinil is only anti-depressive more strong but that's it.So somebody can tell me where I can buy ritalin on line,cause here needed a prescription very difficult to have...thanks

omg. i take 800 mg. a day of this and personally ..I think it should be allowed to be sold over the counter and for a lot cheaper than what it is, It! It's no big kick ass drug believe me.! It does somehow keep you awake but not like Desoxyn and the good meds. it seems like your awake but in a trance state. For concentration? no way!.i take Concerta for that, I really dont see this as any threat whatsoever. You could probably swallow the whole bottle and still sit there.awake.yet not !

Read my comment bellow. It is also a drug that can help a lot of people so it should be without prescription. If you have to work all night or you have to read all night then your next day is ruined and it's most likely going to turn your sleep schedule upside down. It's better to have something like modafinil to allow you to go to bed in the evening instead of the morning. It helps more than it disturbs. It's also better than taking 1000 Pro Plus pills or drinking liters of coffee!

I've tried it. Let me tell you - this drug doesn't improve mental abilities or memory at all. It allows you to stay awake. It's a funny drug though because all other symptoms of sleep deprivation are there but you can keep your eyes open. However, even if you take a pill you can still fall asleep if you got to bed (at least I can). Dreams are slightly more vivid (just slightly - might have been something else).

@generalbuttnugget Not really. There isn't a known adverse effect. I wouldn't mix them but then I wouldn't mix alcohol even with paracetamol.
