  • Congratulations, you are doing a really great training. Good luck. But i have one observation. I noticed that you lift weights with your back, and not by bending your knees (forgive my english..). Do you do that on purpose?

    Yes I know I lift with my back in this vid, the weights are lighter than they look.. ;)

    When I lift heavy I always bend my knees.

  • looks like a nice set up besides the wobble on the pull up bar. Question, I thought you weren't supposed to lift that much weight with your back with cause you could get a slipped disk? I know this is just an opinion but i got to say Drowning Pool fuckin lame. anyway over all i rate it an 8 on the setup good job guy

    The wood log weighs really not that much, would guess around 110lbs, mostly just very clumsy to lift.
