Life in a Mormon family

You might call us the stereotypical Mormon family. With Mom, Dad, and 8 kids, we are just a little larger than the national average. ;)

Having a big family may not be for everyone and may not always be considered "cool", but we've loved every minute of it.

Mormons aren't exactly "good people" if they're changing God's Word. I don't think a hairy guy who found a "tablet" from some angel means its ok to change the Bible its honestly just stupid.

Maybe you need to meet a few Mormons, and decide for yourself if they are good people. It sounds like you probably don't know much about them other than gossip and rumors. Maybe if you got to know a few real well, you'd decide they weren't that bad after all. I think it's always a good idea to get to know someone when you feel the need to sterotype or judge. Being a christian, I'm sure you know that is what Christ often did.

You have a beautiful family. My grandfather had 11 childs, from his first marriage, 8 from his second lol. However, you should teach your kids to have less kids. Earth is becoming overpopulated, and you don't want your grand-grand children to fight over a bottle of clean water. I know it's not a nice tought, but "act small, think big" is my motto ! good luck with your family.

I'm not Mormon, but I have 8 kids as well. Families are a blessing, no matter what size. Big families are big blessings :)
