So i've had a dream of going to Harvard BS one day but i'm currently going to a normal state Uni majoring in Industrial Engineering. I plan on commissioning as a Naval Officer when I'm done and then apply to Harvard. Will going to a normal state uni decrease my chances at all. What I mean is, are they moreso looking for other Ivy League undergrads?
