I'm really short so if I want to take something from the top shelf I have to climb a bookcase... mine isn't ikea, maybe that's why it never fell on me while climbing it.

Don't mock the tube or metro anywhere else, it's a god's gift! Forget the smell and the scary people, it's the speed and reliability that counts. At least in Oslo the metro doesn't even compare to trams and busses which are the worst means of transport, trams especially with its stupid, million years old tracks making it a less then comfortable ride:-) As for the boiler, I'd die without it:-)

@Laguna2432 Thanks, I didn't know that. Although Ikea is ~an hour away, it was night time, and my floor was covered in shelf bits.

I don't know if you noticed, but if you try to build a bookcase by yourself, your eyes will sag until they've reached about the level of your nostrils. Better go get your pal so you can both smile with your neck mouths...sounds like a plan.
