Nay it would be too easy to just let Great Brittan monitor our people why we monitored their people and neither of us technically brake our own internal search warrant laws. then share notes. This would technically be legal. But the ethics of this can be equated to making it legal to hire some one to commit murder while doing it your self remains illegal.
