No you're still getting ripped. I don't care how rare a game is, you can't justify a price tag of $90 or above.

None of that money goes back to the developer so pirating or awaiting a port/remake would be my recommendation at that point

Not unless you're getting a video game like Keio Yugekitai or Radiant Silvergun. EXTREMELY rare.

omg you got yours for 30 bucks? =_= I paid 50 bucks for my nintendo puzzle collection and had to pay like 20 for freeloader too DX (and I just ordered it last august)

For import standards, I'd that's fair. Marked up, but still...fair. I'd pay about the same for an import GCN or Wii title. Not proudly mind you, but I can't complain.

When the price goes EBay crazy ($90 and above) that's when you're getting ripped.
